Requirements For Dispatcher Check for job postings   Candidates must be a resident of the Town of Rotterdam for at least four (1) months prior to the date of the examination. Candidates must have a high school diploma or possession of a high school equivalecy diploma. Candidates must pass an oral interview board and a background investigation.
